Roger Higgins has been published in various magazines and journals, and his collection Hieroglyphs appeared in New Poets 13 (Friendly Street Poets). An Australian, Higgins has travelled widely and lived in Canada, Chile, Papua New Guinea, Scotland, and the United States.
