An UNCOMMON/WORD poem by Laura Hansen

Laura L. Hansen is the author of two self-published poetry chapbooks, Diving the Drop-off and Why I Keep Rabbits. Hansen has had articles and poems published in regional literary journals and magazines including Lake Country Journal Magazine, Minnesota Moments, The Talking Stick, and in three anthologies, County Lines, Fog and Woodsmoke, and The Heart of All That Is. Her poetry can occasionally be heard on Lakeland Public Television and Northern Community Radio’s “The Beat.” Hansen is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She lives in a pink house on the Mississippi River with her two dogs and tons of books.
