Director of Smart Taxes Network led by Feasta, a network of NGOs and individuals researching and promoting commons-based reform of fiscal and monetary systems in Ireland. Particular areas of interest are land value taxes including site value taxes and banking and monetary reform. Recent project work includes fishery credit/quota reform and pensions reform.
